POPPING BACK!

Good Afternoon,I'm back from LA BOHEME resting my back,yes I overdid things and now paying the price! Having to sit upright on the settee with a cushion behind my poor aching back!!Still I get to write this, I realised on my missive this morning I over used the word "pop"!
